House Manager

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the private residence to ensure efficient household running
• Recruit, supervise, train, and evaluate domestic staff including chefs, drivers, and housekeepers
• Coordinate routine maintenance, repairs, and renovations with external contractors
• Manage household inventories, procurement of luxury goods, and grocery supplies
• Prepare and monitor household budgets, expenses, and vendor payments
• Coordinate family events, private gatherings, and special occasions
• Ensure household security procedures, privacy protocols, and strict confidentiality are maintained
• Work closely with the family's Personal Assistant to support daily schedules and travel preparations

Requirements

• Arab Nationality
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in House Management, Estate Management, or Hospitality Management
• Proven experience working with VIP, UHNW individuals, or royal households
• Excellent communication skills in English
• Strong leadership and people management abilities
• High level of discretion, integrity, and professionalism

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Arabic language skills
• Valid UAE driving license
