House Manager and Family Assistant

Responsibilities

• Manage laundry, linens, and seasonal clothing swaps
• Perform daily household resets including dishes, surfaces, and vacuuming
• Maintain household organization systems and oversee cleaning staff
• Monitor and restock pantry, refrigerator, and household supplies
• Handle errands including grocery shopping, dry cleaning, and mail retrieval
• Provide administrative support such as appointment scheduling and prescription coordination
• Assist with pet care including medication reminders and vet appointment transport
• Support family logistics including meal prep, school prep, and vehicle upkeep

Requirements

• Must maintain a smoke-free environment
• Authorized to work in the United States
• Reliable personal transportation
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and navigate stairs
• Comfort working around senior pets and young children
