House Manager and Family Assistant

Responsibilities

• Provide family support including school pickups, transportation to activities, and homework supervision
• Manage household organization, daily tidying, and seasonal swaps
• Handle inventory, grocery shopping, and household errands
• Plan and prepare 3-4 hot dinners per week and assist with school lunches
• Manage household laundry, linens, and pet care for two dogs
• Coordinate with vendors, manage personal calendars, and assist with administrative tasks like expense tracking

Requirements

• Maintain a smoke-free environment
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
• Comfortable working with dogs
• Willingness to sign an NDA
• Ability to pass a background check

Preferred Qualifications

• CPR certification or willingness to obtain it
• Experience with household organizational systems
