House Manager and Family Assistant

Responsibilities

• Provide childcare, school pickups, and supervision support
• Plan weekly meals and prepare 2-3 dinners per week
• Manage grocery shopping and kitchen maintenance
• Create and maintain household organization systems
• Handle laundry, linens, and special garment care
• Manage household inventory, subscriptions, and errands
• Oversee cleaning teams and external contractors
• Perform light tidying, pet care, and vehicle upkeep
• Provide administrative support for family calendars and travel logistics

Requirements

• Maintain a smoke-free and fragrance-free environment
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
• Authorized to work in the United States
• Comfortable with occasional overnight stays
• Experience with school-age children or household management
