House & Estate Manager

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain organization systems for the home, including playrooms, kitchens, and storage areas
• Perform daily household resets, laundry, and meal prep support
• Manage household supplies, grocery shopping, and errands
• Oversee estate-level maintenance, including contractors, landscapers, and pool/hot tub servicing
• Manage both the primary residence and a secondary lake house property
• Provide administrative support including calendar management and school communication oversight
• Operate and troubleshoot smart home and security systems

Requirements

• Maintain a smoke-free environment
• Reliable transportation with a valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Tech-savvy with proficiency in Google Sheets and digital calendars
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including bi-monthly visits to a lake house property

Preferred Qualifications

• CPR and First Aid certification
