Hourly Team Member

Responsibilities

• Manufacture single phase and three phase padmount distribution transformers
• Perform various tasks including steel fabrication, welding, and internal electrical assembly
• Execute component marshalling, core coil assembly, coil winding, and painting
• Assist with cabinet assembly, final assembly, and repair positions
• Operate machinery, equipment, and forklifts used in transformer manufacturing
• Follow detailed work instructions to ensure high-quality work and safety

Requirements

• High School degree, GED, or equivalent
• Ability to work any shift and overtime as needed
• Ability to follow detailed work instructions and perform tasks safely
• Ability to work collaboratively with other team members to achieve section goals
• Must have valid work authorization for the United States

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior manufacturing experience
• Prior welding experience
