Hotel Technician

Responsibilities

• Perform small repairs, touch-ups, and maintenance tasks such as fixing dripping taps or squeaky doors
• Monitor all technical systems to ensure smooth hotel operations
• Coordinate with external service providers and manage facility management tasks
• Execute painting and sealing work throughout the hotel premises
• Conduct regular maintenance and safety checks in coordination with the Maintenance Manager
• Order necessary materials in consultation with the Hotel Manager
• Work closely with the housekeeping team and the Corporate Office

Requirements

• Proven professional experience in a similar technical or maintenance role
• Solid technical skills and craftsmanship in areas such as painting, electrical, or plumbing
• Ability to manage external service providers efficiently
• Flexibility to cover occasional weekend or evening shifts
• Fluency in Dutch; English skills are a plus
• A proactive, hands-on attitude and a positive sense of humor
