Hotel Technician

Responsibilities

• Handle small repairs and maintenance tasks, ranging from fixing leaky faucets to repairing furniture
• Monitor technical systems and facilities to ensure reliable operation and guest comfort
• Coordinate and supervise external service providers and facility management tasks
• Perform manual tasks such as painting and silicone work
• Collaborate closely with the Housekeeping team and the Corporate Office in Munich
• Oversee regular maintenance schedules and safety checks in coordination with the Maintenance Manager
• Manage the procurement of necessary technical materials in consultation with the Hotel Manager

Requirements

• Proven manual dexterity and a strong technical understanding
• Several years of professional experience in a similar maintenance or technical role
• Ability to work independently and solve practical problems effectively
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed
• Fluency in German; English language skills are a plus
• A completed apprenticeship in HKLS, electrical, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory
