Hotel Technician

Responsibilities

• Perform general technical minor repairs, structural repairs, and necessary maintenance measures
• Regularly inspect the hotel's technical facilities to ensure optimal functioning
• Coordinate all external facility management service providers
• Execute painting and silicone work throughout the hotel premises
• Supervise regular maintenance and expert inspections of technical and safety-related equipment
• Work closely with the corporate office in Munich and coordinate with the housekeeping team
• Manage the procurement of necessary technical materials in consultation with the Hotel Manager

Requirements

• Professional training in the field of HVAC and/or electrical systems
• Several years of professional experience in a comparable technical position
• Proven experience in leading and coordinating external service providers
• Strong general technical skills, including painting, electrical, and plumbing
• Fluency in Italian and good communication skills in English
• Flexibility to work weekends and occasional late shifts
