Responsibilities

• Act as a hands-on Hotel Team Captain in Training to support the hotel "family"
• Take responsibility for team coordination and leadership alongside the Hotel Team Captain
• Serve as an empathetic point of contact and role model for the team
• Manage organizational tasks including creating duty rosters
• Implement on-the-job training and team-building measures
• Support the Hotel Team Captain in all operational areas to master every situation

• Hands-on mentality and ability to take initiative during busy periods
