Responsibilities
- Act as a hands-on Hotel Team Captain in Training to support the hotel "family"
- Take responsibility for team coordination and leadership alongside the Hotel Team Captain
- Serve as an empathetic point of contact and role model for the team
- Manage organizational tasks including creating duty rosters
- Implement on-the-job training and team-building measures
- Support the Hotel Team Captain in all operational areas to master every situation
Requirements
- Strong organizational skills and ability to maintain an overview
- Hands-on mentality and ability to take initiative during busy periods
- Open and communicative personality
- Tech-savvy approach to hotel operations
- Positive attitude and enthusiasm for teamwork
