Hotel Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Lead the team across service, bar, and front office areas as a shift leader to ensure smooth operations
• Maintain high service, quality, and hygiene standards with a strong attention to detail
• Conduct training, coaching, and onboarding for new team members
• Manage internal communication to ensure all team members are well-informed
• Handle guest feedback efficiently to provide quick and effective solutions
• Share local insider tips with guests to ensure a welcoming, "at home" experience

Requirements

• Previous experience in a similar supervisory role, ideally within lifestyle hospitality or trendy gastronomy
• Fluency in both German and English
• Ability to work flexible shifts
• Strong multitasking skills and a high level of reliability
• A confident, joyful, and professional demeanor with a sense of humor
