Hotel Sourcing Specialist

Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound sales calling, including cold calling, scheduled calls, and email solicitation to hotel management across North America and Canada
• Research hotel pricing, market data, and validate eligibility requirements via hotel websites
• Negotiate discounted rates for clients directly with hotel owners and managers
• Explain contract terms and conditions in detail
• Sell Corpay Lodging hotel services, including optional programs and payment information
• Meet monthly goals for new hotel signings and savings percentages

Requirements

• Strong experience in sales and customer service
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to multi-task and work effectively within a team
• Self-motivated with the ability to meet weekly quotas and deadlines
• Superior verbal and written communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience within the hotel or hospitality industry
