Hotel Sales Manager

Responsibilities

• Generate top-line revenue by soliciting new and existing corporate accounts to meet and exceed targets
• Develop and maintain long-term relationships with key corporate clients through site tours and networking
• Identify new business opportunities through proactive prospecting, cold calling, and industry events
• Collaborate with revenue management to optimize pricing strategies and inventory controls
• Partner with operations, front office, and catering teams to ensure seamless execution of client expectations
• Maintain accurate sales activity tracking, pipeline management, and detailed account records in CI/TY
• Prepare weekly sales reports, forecasts, and strategic action plans

Requirements

• 2–5+ years of hotel sales experience, preferably within a full-service property
• Proven experience with Group Sales
• Strong negotiation and closing skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business, or a related field
• Knowledge of Marriott sales systems, specifically CI/TY and MARSHA
