Hotel Sales Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Assist the Sales Department by performing various administrative functions
• Manage phone inquiries and distribute them to the appropriate Sales team members
• Coordinate marketing and advertising projects
• Support meetings and catering sales efforts
• Maintain organized filing systems and create sales kits
• Perform other duties as assigned to support the sales team

Requirements

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (intermediate to advanced level preferred)
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills
• Ability to operate general office equipment such as copiers and fax machines
• Strong organizational, planning, and multitasking skills
• Ability to meet deadlines and maintain a professional demeanor
• Availability to work Monday through Saturday, with flexibility based on business needs
• Must be able to pass a background check

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience in hotel operations or hotel sales
