About the role
Responsibilities
- Clean and prepare guest rooms thoroughly within a fast-paced environment
- Strip beds, remove dirty linens, and transport them to the laundry
- Vacuum and sweep carpets and floors
- Dust and clean room decorations, appliances, and structural surfaces
- Clean showers, tubs, sinks, and bathroom items while replacing guest amenities
- Load and maintain housekeeping carts with all necessary supplies
- Inspect rooms for safety hazards, damaged linens, or maintenance issues
- Report lost and found items or special room problems to a supervisor
- Respond to special guest requests to ensure high service quality
Requirements
- Previous housekeeping experience
- Previous customer service experience
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability and flexibility to work weekends and holidays
