Responsibilities

• Professional reception of clients and providing detailed information on hotel services
• Customer service and processing service requests
• Receiving and directing customer complaints with management assistance
• Telephone assistance
• Reservation management
• Invoicing, control, and cash closing
• Proactive support to other departments

Requirements

• Empathetic person with strong social and sales skills
• Interest in fitness and a healthy lifestyle
• High level of English; other languages are a plus
• Previous experience in a similar role
