Responsibilities
- Greet hotel guests upon arrival with a positive attitude
- Manage the check-in process, including entering guest data and collecting signatures
- Issue room key cards to guests
- Assist guests with inquiries and provide local sightseeing tips
- Provide welcome drinks at the bar
- Support guests using both the reception desk and self-check-in kiosks
Requirements
- Positive attitude and enthusiasm for teamwork
- Ability to remain calm and professional in stressful situations
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to assist guests in English
