About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage guest arrival and departure processes following standard operating procedures
- Handle in-house guest requests and record feedback
- Ensure accuracy of guest credit, billing, and financial transactions
- Maintain data accuracy in systems and provide daily reports
- Quote correct rates based on selling strategy and website
- Answer telephone calls efficiently
- Monitor guest security and report maintenance issues
- Maintain cleanliness and presentation of the reception desk and public areas
- Collaborate with other hotel teams and outsourced partners
Requirements
- Positive and helpful attitude with a passion for hospitality
- Previous hotel or similar customer service experience
- Experience with Micros Fidelio Opera
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
