About the role

Responsibilities

  • Manage guest arrival and departure processes following standard operating procedures
  • Handle in-house guest requests and record feedback
  • Ensure accuracy of guest credit, billing, and financial transactions
  • Maintain data accuracy in systems and provide daily reports
  • Quote correct rates based on selling strategy and website
  • Answer telephone calls efficiently
  • Monitor guest security and report maintenance issues
  • Maintain cleanliness and presentation of the reception desk and public areas
  • Collaborate with other hotel teams and outsourced partners

Requirements

  • Positive and helpful attitude with a passion for hospitality
  • Previous hotel or similar customer service experience
  • Experience with Micros Fidelio Opera
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
