Hotel Quality & Experience Advisor

Responsibilities

• Conduct on-site brand protection visits to client locations to evaluate food safety, guest experience, and operational excellence
• Deliver coaching, training, and consulting to help clients mitigate brand risk and meet program requirements
• Develop and present summary findings and actionable recommendations to client leadership
• Partner with EcoSure and Ecolab teams to solve complex client challenges and support growth initiatives
• Utilize iPad, Microsoft Suite, and CRM technology to manage visits and documentation efficiently
• Manage a weekly schedule of budgeted visits, requiring 100% overnight travel

Requirements

• High school diploma
• Two years of hospitality industry-related experience
• Valid Driver’s License with no restrictions
• Must be 21 years of age or older
• Ability to travel 100% overnight and work occasional evenings or weekends

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in culinary, hospitality, or business fields
• Multilingual skills (Spanish and French preferred)
• Advanced consultative and high-level customer service skills
• Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail and the ability to work without direct supervision
