Hotel Operations Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Lead the service team as a shift manager to ensure smooth operations across the bar, service, and front office
• Maintain high service, quality, and hygiene standards with a strong attention to detail
• Conduct training, coaching, and onboarding for new team members
• Manage internal communication to ensure all team members are well-informed
• Handle guest feedback efficiently to provide quick and effective solutions
• Act as a local expert by sharing insider tips with guests to enhance their experience

Requirements

• Previous experience in a similar supervisory position, ideally within lifestyle hospitality or trendy gastronomy
• Fluency in both German and English
• Flexibility to work various shifts
• Strong multitasking skills and a high level of reliability
• A confident, joyful, and professional demeanor with a sense of humor
