Hotel Operations Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead the team on an eye-level basis, fostering professional and personal development through coaching and regular feedback
• Manage daily operations, including leading briefings and demonstrating exceptional service standards
• Ensure effective duty and holiday scheduling and optimize work processes
• Execute internal styles and quality standards to maintain the Ruby Spirit
• Support the Hotel Manager in recruiting top talent to build a strong team
• Handle administrative tasks including monthly closings, inventories, invoice control, and payroll preparation
• Manage orders for F&B and operating supplies (SOE)
• Monitor compliance with HACCP, occupational safety, fire protection, and other legal regulations
• Collect, analyze, and respond to guest feedback to ensure a high level of satisfaction

Requirements

• Completed professional training in the hotel industry or a degree in hospitality or business administration
• Proven experience in an operational leadership role within lifestyle hospitality or gastronomy
• Strong knowledge of POS, PMS, and business management systems
• A motivating and charismatic leadership style with an authentic and loyal nature
• Excellent communication skills and a warm, welcoming personality
• A hands-on mentality and a knack for charming guests
• Fluency in English
