Hotel Operations Manager

Responsibilities

• Act as the orchestrator of exceptional guest experiences and commercial results
• Work with Heads of Department to maximize business opportunities and brand reputation
• Ensure adherence to legislation, due diligence requirements, and manage the hotel budget
• Serve as the right hand to the General Manager to ensure smooth hotel operations
• Prioritize a complex and hands-on workload to deliver service beyond expectations

Requirements

• Proven experience leading hotel operations teams
• Strong leadership and problem-solving capabilities
• Fluency in German and English
• Proficiency in IT systems, Microsoft Excel, and PowerPoint
• Ability to work in a high-excellence, high-energy environment
• Creative problem-solving skills and attention to detail
