About the role
Responsibilities
- Act as the orchestrator of exceptional guest experiences and commercial results
- Work with Heads of Department to maximize business opportunities and brand reputation
- Ensure adherence to legislation, due diligence requirements, and manage the hotel budget
- Serve as the right hand to the General Manager to ensure smooth hotel operations
- Prioritize a complex and hands-on workload to deliver service beyond expectations
Requirements
- Proven experience leading hotel operations teams
- Strong leadership and problem-solving capabilities
- Fluency in German and English
- Proficiency in IT systems, Microsoft Excel, and PowerPoint
- Ability to work in a high-excellence, high-energy environment
- Creative problem-solving skills and attention to detail
