Hotel Operations Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage the full lifecycle of hotel projects from site selection to construction and delivery
• Conduct feasibility assessments including layout planning, MEP systems, fire safety, and renovation costs
• Coordinate with designers, contractors, and consultant teams
• Manage construction progress, quality, safety, and budget control
• Handle various permits, compliance matters, and government relations
• Establish hotel operating systems and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP)
• Oversee daily operations, service standards, and departmental coordination
• Monitor operational efficiency, cost control, and manpower planning

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or above in Engineering, Architecture, Hotel Management, or related fields
• At least 5 years of experience in hotel or commercial project execution
• Extensive on-site management experience
• Experience in hotel construction or renovation projects
• Familiarity with MEP systems, fire safety, and hotel layouts
• Strong supplier and partner management skills
• Proven project management and budget control capabilities
• Ability to work on-site or travel frequently

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with international hotel chains
• Full-cycle hotel pre-opening experience
• Overseas project experience
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, or project management tools
