Hotel Night Receptionist

Responsibilities

• Manage arrival and departure processes for guests
• Handle guest requests and record feedback
• Ensure accuracy of guest credit, billing, and financial transactions
• Maintain data accuracy in systems and provide daily reports
• Answer telephone calls efficiently
• Monitor guest and property security
• Report maintenance issues and ensure completion
• Maintain cleanliness of the reception desk and public areas
• Collaborate with other hotel teams and outsourced partners

Requirements

• Positive and helpful attitude
• Passion for hospitality
• Experience with Micros Fidelio Opera
• Ability to work in a team-oriented environment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous hotel or similar customer service experience
