About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage arrival and departure processes for guests
- Handle guest requests and record feedback
- Ensure accuracy of guest credit, billing, and financial transactions
- Maintain data accuracy in systems and provide daily reports
- Answer telephone calls efficiently
- Monitor guest and property security
- Report maintenance issues and ensure completion
- Maintain cleanliness of the reception desk and public areas
- Collaborate with other hotel teams and outsourced partners
Requirements

- Experience with Micros Fidelio Opera
