About the role
Responsibilities
- Supervise the night reception shift and support front desk operations
- Manage guest arrivals, departures, requests, and billing checks
- Train, coach, and direct front desk team members
- Handle maintenance issues, guest feedback, and service recovery
- Maintain reception, public areas, and back-of-house presentation
- Support crisis and fire team duties as needed
Requirements
- Previous hotel or similar hospitality experience preferred
- Experience with Micros Fidelio Opera
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Positive, guest-focused attitude
- Ability to work hands-on and solve problems quickly
- Comfortable working overnight in a hotel environment
