Hotel Night Cleaner

Responsibilities

• Clean and service public areas and back-of-house areas overnight
• Maintain brand standards and a well-presented hotel environment
• Report maintenance defects to housekeeping management
• Follow health and safety procedures and COSHH regulations
• Use cleaning machines and handle cleaning materials correctly
• Support other hotel cleaning tasks as required
• Provide friendly, responsive guest care

Requirements

• Experience in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to build relationships with colleagues and customers
• Positive, friendly attitude
• Awareness of health and safety standards
• Ability to use cleaning equipment
• Willingness to attend training sessions
