About the role
Responsibilities
- Roll the financial system from the day
- Provide a positive guest experience and welcome late-night arrivals
- Work 11pm - 7am shifts alongside the Night Manager
- Process nightly reports
Requirements
- Passion for providing a positive guest experience
- Previous experience using Opera is desirable
- Strong attention to detail
- Confidence in making credit card and cash transactions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Solution-minded with strong problem-solving abilities
- Empathetic nature with ability to assist diverse clientele
- Australian working rights required
