Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations of the center, including accommodation, sports facilities, and wellness services
• Supervise all operational areas to ensure quality service and efficient resource management
• Lead and motivate the team, promoting a culture of high performance and continuous development
• Collaborate with management on strategic planning to ensure profitability and market positioning
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to optimize agreements and service quality
• Implement strategies to optimize sports performance, occupancy, and complex profitability

Requirements

• Previous experience in managing accommodation, sports complexes, or athlete-focused lodging
• Solid basic knowledge of finance and economic analysis applied to sports facility management
• Excellent negotiation skills and experience managing relationships with suppliers and strategic partners
• Demonstrated leadership ability with capacity to guide and develop high-performance teams
• Detail-oriented approach with excellence in operational management and multitasking
• Excellent communication skills and customer orientation within a sports context
