Hotel Manager

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary representative for the hotel, serving as the go-to person for the team, guests, and external partners
• Lead recruitment, onboarding, and professional development to build a strong, collaborative team
• Manage financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and precise cost control
• Drive strategic planning by identifying trends and streamlining operational processes
• Ensure full compliance with HACCP, occupational safety, fire protection, and all legal requirements
• Implement internal brand styles and maintain high-quality standards to bring the Ruby Spirit to life
• Collaborate closely with the Cluster Manager and Corporate Office departments to ensure alignment

Requirements

• Completed professional training in the hotel industry or a degree in hospitality or business administration
• Extensive operational leadership experience, ideally within lifestyle hospitality or gastronomy
• Strong proficiency with POS, PMS, and general business management systems
• A motivating, charismatic, and authentic leadership style with a hands-on mentality
• Excellent communication skills and a warm, welcoming personality
• Fluency in English
