Hotel Manager

Responsibilities

• Oversee operations at assigned property(ies), including rooms, housekeeping, maintenance, security, and F&B
• Own property-level projects such as minor renovations and CapEx projects
• Lead, develop, delegate, and hold teams accountable
• Design and manage guest and employee journeys to improve experience
• Drive operating profit per unit by managing revenues and cost controls
• Monitor guest feedback across all channels to eliminate recurring issues
• Build relationships with local businesses, vendors, and the community

Requirements

• 4+ years of hotel management experience
• Proficiency with property management systems and hospitality software
• Demonstrated ability to drive guest experience scores (GSS, NPS)
• Experience with revenue management metrics like RevPAR, TRevPAR, and ADR
• Strong financial acumen and ability to interpret financial statements
• Proven experience in team building, hiring, and performance management
• Strong communication and influence skills
