Hotel Manager

Responsibilities

• Champion Fairmont's culture of gracious hospitality and personalized luxury service
• Curate exceptional guest experiences and personally engage with VIP guests and stakeholders
• Provide visionary leadership for all operational departments to ensure seamless execution
• Drive hotel profitability through strategic operational management and revenue optimization
• Achieve annual financial objectives including Revenue, GOP, EBITDA, and profitability targets
• Inspire and develop a high-performing leadership team through coaching and mentorship
• Ensure compliance with Fairmont Luxury Brand Standards and Forbes Travel Guide standards
• Maintain highest standards of guest and colleague safety through effective risk management
• Partner with the General Manager in delivering ownership objectives and long-term asset value

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Hotel Management, Hospitality Management, or Business Administration
• Minimum 15 years of progressive luxury hospitality leadership experience
• At least 5 years in a senior executive role (Hotel Manager, EAM, or Director of Operations)
• Experience managing luxury hotels with extensive F&B, banquet, and spa operations

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's Degree or MBA in Hospitality Management
