Hotel Manager

Responsibilities

• Assist with planning and managing hotel operations to achieve guest, employee, and owner satisfaction
• Coordinate management activities in conjunction with the General Manager
• Maximize profitability and ensure superior guest service and product quality
• Develop and implement annual and long-term operational goals
• Manage operational expenses to stay within budget guidelines
• Ensure compliance with corporate focus audits and local health and safety regulations
• Anticipate and address guest issues through proactive processes
• Inspire hotel staff to achieve luxury levels of performance

Requirements

• Experience in hotel management and operations
• Ability to manage operational expenses and financial reporting
• Strong leadership and team inspiration skills
• Knowledge of luxury hospitality standards
• Understanding of local health and safety regulations
