Hotel Lead

Responsibilities

• Direct hotel development projects from inception to completion, ensuring delivery on time and within budget
• Implement and maintain robust project governance frameworks and systems
• Oversee detailed project planning, scheduling, resource allocation, and risk management
• Lead and coordinate multidisciplinary teams to foster collaboration and accountability
• Manage project budgets, cost control, procurement strategies, and vendor negotiations
• Ensure strict compliance with health, safety, environmental, and quality standards
• Maintain transparent communication with clients, consultants, and stakeholders
• Leverage industry relationships to identify new opportunities and support regional growth
• Provide expert input on delivery models, value engineering, and risk mitigation

Requirements

• Degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline
• Minimum 15 years in hospitality development with a focus on LATAM
• Proven success managing large-scale hotel developments, renovations, and infrastructure upgrades
• Deep understanding of project management methodologies and procurement processes
• Strong connections with developers, operators, and service providers in the hospitality sector
• Fluency in Spanish and intermediate or higher proficiency in English
• Proven experience in budgeting, scheduling, and contract administration
