About the role
Responsibilities
- Greet arriving guests and assist with check-in/out processes
- Promote hotel services, amenities, and local attractions
- Manage reservations, answer phone inquiries, and process guest requests
- Drive revenue through up-selling rooms and amenities
- Process daily room receipts, credit cards, and day-closing activities
- Monitor room availability and follow booking policies
- Perform security walk-throughs and manage hotel access
- Compile records and daily reports
Requirements
- 1-2 years of hotel front desk experience
- Experience with a Property Management System (PMS)
- Hospitality certificate or equivalent customer service experience
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including mid-day, evening, holidays, and weekends
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong verbal and interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
