Hotel Guest Engagement Ambassador

Responsibilities

• Proactively engage with guests in public areas to provide personalized service and recommendations
• Address guest concerns promptly and coordinate with departments for resolution
• Act as a knowledgeable ambassador for the Marriott Bonvoy loyalty program
• Educate guests on program benefits and assist with on-the-spot registration
• Maintain and exceed established membership enrollment goals and performance metrics
• Represent the Marriott Autograph Collection brand with professionalism and authenticity

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum 1 year of customer service, hospitality, sales, or guest relations experience
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work flexible schedules including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Comfortable meeting performance goals and enrollment targets

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous luxury hospitality or resort experience
• Knowledge of Marriott Bonvoy or similar loyalty programs
• Experience in membership sales or customer acquisition
• Multilingual skills
