The Mill is the Collection's first full-service hotel—a design-led retreat set in the Cotswolds, comprising thatched cottages, a members' club, restaurant, bar, and spa.

Responsibilities

• Lead the successful pre-opening and launch of The Mill, overseeing project planning, recruitment, and onboarding.
• Recruit, lead, and develop high-performing teams, fostering an inclusive and accountable culture.
• Provide strategic leadership across hotel, members' club, accommodation, and food and beverage operations.
• Drive innovation and commercial performance within the food and beverage offering.
• Hold full P&L accountability, driving sustainable commercial performance and operational excellence.
• Ensure the highest standards of health, safety, compliance, and responsible business practices.

Requirements

• Proven senior leadership experience within a luxury hospitality environment (e.g., five-star hotel or private members' club).
• Strong track record of delivering exceptional guest experiences across multi-outlet operations.
• Commercially astute with experience managing full P&L responsibility.
• Proven success leading pre-opening projects, including operational planning and recruitment.
• Inspirational leadership skills with experience building and retaining high-performing teams.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
