About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead all aspects of hotel operations including front office, housekeeping, and overall guest experience
- Drive financial performance through labor management, cost control, and revenue focus
- Maintain strong service standards and consistently deliver a high-quality guest experience
- Monitor and improve guest satisfaction scores and online reputation
- Recruit, train, and develop a small, high-performing team
- Ensure compliance with brand standards, safety protocols, and company policies
- Partner with leadership on budgeting, forecasting, and performance reporting
Requirements
- 3+ years of hotel leadership experience
- Background in select-service or limited-service hotels preferred
- Strong operational and financial acumen
- Hands-on leadership style with a visible presence on property
- Ability to lead in a lean environment and wear multiple hats
- Experience with major hotel brand systems a plus
