Hotel Front Desk Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Supervise front desk operations to ensure compliance with hotel standards and service quality.
• Provide leadership, guidance, and training to the guest service team.
• Resolve customer complaints and complications through thorough research and effective solutions.
• Perform front desk clerk and night auditor duties, including guest registration and payment processing.
• Manage cash handling, house banks, and posting charges to guest accounts.
• Coordinate with the Housekeeping Department to ensure guest rooms and common areas are maintained.
• Monitor inventory and order departmental supplies through the Hotel Manager.
• Make recommendations regarding hiring, performance evaluations, and staff development.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• One year of experience as a Guest Service Representative.
• One year of supervisory experience or training.
• Fluency in English (reading, writing, and speaking).
• Proficiency with computers and Microsoft Office products.
• Basic math skills and strong organizational abilities.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed.
• Ability to obtain a gaming license in accordance with regulatory commissions.
