About the role
Responsibilities
- Actively work across service, bar, and front office departments as a shift supervisor
- Ensure all service, quality, and hygiene standards are met with high attention to detail
- Lead the training, coaching, and onboarding of new team members
- Manage internal communication to ensure smooth information flow within the team
- Handle guest feedback and ensure quick, efficient resolutions to maintain satisfaction
- Provide local insider tips and recommendations to guests to enhance their experience
Requirements
- Previous experience in a similar leadership position, ideally within trendy hospitality or lifestyle hotels
- Flexibility to work various shifts
- Strong multitasking skills and a high level of reliability
- Fluent English communication skills
- A confident, joyful, and humorous personality with a passion for working with international guests
