Responsibilities

• Provide impeccable service to guests, anticipating and meeting their needs
• Welcome guests upon arrival and provide a comprehensive orientation of the hotel and its services
• Coordinate transfers, reservations, and special guest requests
• Ensure accurate cleaning and preparation of rooms and suites
• Collaborate with the team to ensure a memorable guest experience at all times

Requirements

• Previous experience in hospitality or related roles
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Customer orientation and attention to detail
• Flexibility in working hours and availability to work weekends and holidays
• Fluency in Italian and English
• Experience as a Chef de Rang Commis with Room Service experience is a plus
