Responsibilities

• Manage identity verification operations for Casino clients in compliance with gaming regulations
• Provide physical and telephone reception services
• Manage client cloakroom/vestiaires
• Inform and orient customers to maintain high service standards
• Act as a brand ambassador to promote internal offers

Requirements

• Previous experience in physical or telephone reception
• Positive, organized, and autonomous nature
• Ability to work in a flexible environment requiring adaptation
• Strong interpersonal skills and team spirit
• Must be a citizen of the EEC (subject to ministerial approval)
