About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage identity verification operations for Casino clients in compliance with gaming regulations
- Provide physical and telephone reception services
- Manage client cloakroom/vestiaires
- Inform and orient customers to maintain high service standards
- Act as a brand ambassador to promote internal offers
Requirements
- Previous experience in physical or telephone reception
- Positive, organized, and autonomous nature
- Ability to work in a flexible environment requiring adaptation
- Strong interpersonal skills and team spirit
- Must be a citizen of the EEC (subject to ministerial approval)
