About the role
Responsibilities
- Prepare and display hot food according to planograms and Pret standards
- Ensure all hot food is of high quality and available at appropriate times
- Manage new hot food product launches effectively
- Cook and hold food at correct temperatures and record data accurately
- Coach and train Team Members on hot food standards and equipment use
- Maintain, clean, and test all hot food equipment
- Adhere to all kitchen health, safety, and food safety standards
- Monitor hot food sales and ensure sufficient stock of ingredients and packaging
Requirements
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Commitment to maintaining high food quality and freshness
- Understanding of food safety and health and safety regulations
- Ability to follow production principles and bakery plans
- Strong attention to presentation and cleanliness
