Responsibilities

• Welcome guests with warmth, professionalism, and genuine hospitality
• Manage reservations, guest lists, and seating arrangements efficiently
• Coordinate with service teams to ensure smooth table turnover and guest flow
• Maintain a polished and organized reception area
• Provide accurate information about the venue, menu, and services
• Handle guest inquiries and resolve minor concerns promptly

Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience as a host/hostess or in a similar guest-facing role
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Professional grooming and confident presentation
• Ability to multitask and remain calm in fast-paced environments
• Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays
