About the role
Responsibilities
- Perform identity verification for casino clients in compliance with gaming regulations and management directives
- Provide physical and telephone reception for visitors
- Inform and direct clients to various points of sale including the casino, bars, and restaurant
- Maintain high standards of customer service and relationship management
Requirements
- Previous experience in physical or telephone reception
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite
- Positive, organized, and autonomous nature
- Ability to work in a flexible environment with rotating shifts
- Strong interpersonal skills and team spirit
- Ability to obtain ministerial approval
Preferred Qualifications
- Holder of a CQP
- Holder of a SSIAP certification
