Responsibilities

• Provide warm, personalized guest service in a luxury, fast-paced dining environment
• Manage host stand operations, reservations, seating rotation, and guest flow
• Handle phone inquiries, special requests, VIP notes, and table assignments
• Maintain cleanliness, menus, table setup, and opening/closing side duties
• Support food safety, hygiene, and emergency procedures

Requirements

• Guest-focused, calm, and courteous demeanor
• Good reading, writing, and speaking skills in English
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
• Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and energetic
• Tuberculosis clearance and legal eligibility to work in the United States
• Additional languages and local language knowledge are an advantage
