Hostler

Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain truck and dock door assignment sheets
• Drive and position trucks in the yard and at appropriate dock doors
• Inspect refrigeration units for temperature compliance
• Complete and maintain temperature logs and Vehicle Inspection Reports (VIRs)
• Manage transportation spreadsheets, audit logs, and inspection reports
• Input truck maintenance records into company systems
• Coordinate truck routing and finalize route assignments
• Collaborate with warehouse personnel to coordinate loading schedules

Requirements

• Valid driver license and DOT medical card
• CDL strongly preferred
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Teams, Excel)
• At least 23 years of age
• At least one year of verifiable driving experience
• Ability to lift/push/pull 50+ lbs
• Ability to read and understand English
• Acceptable driving record
