Responsibilities

• Assist users with hosting services, including site migration and importation from other providers
• Install WordPress sites and configure email accounts
• Perform general troubleshooting for daily service issues via tickets, email, and phone
• Access servers via console or terminal to execute commands and use the service suite

Requirements

• Experience in Helpdesk, hosting services, or technical support in technology and systems
• Knowledge of Internet and email protocols
• Basic experience administering WordPress
• Basic knowledge of cPanel and WHM control panels
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Basic English comprehension

Preferred Qualifications

• Relevant technical studies or certifications
• Knowledge of PHP, MySQL, and HTML
• Knowledge of hardware and servers
