Responsibilities

• Welcome guests to the restaurant and provide accurate wait times
• Monitor waiting lists and escort guests to assigned dining or bar areas
• Explain the PopStroke mobile ordering concept to guests
• Maintain a clean host area and answer incoming calls
• Ensure cleanliness of all restaurant areas, including gaming areas and restrooms
• Restock service stations and restrooms
• Assist F&B staff as needed
• Collaborate with team members to ensure a memorable guest experience
• Answer inquiries regarding venue, pricing, and menu professionally

Requirements

• Previous host experience in a high-volume environment preferred
• Previous guest service experience preferred
• Availability to work weekends and holidays
• Excellent communication, organization, and teamwork skills
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, crouch, kneel, and reach for long periods
• Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 30 lbs
