Host/Hostess

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and professionally upon arrival
• Manage reservations, walk-ins, and seating flow to ensure smooth operations
• Escort guests to their tables and present menus with confidence
• Maintain an organized and efficient host stand and waiting area
• Communicate effectively with the service team regarding table status and guest needs
• Handle guest inquiries, special requests, and concerns with grace and professionalism
• Support pre-opening setup, training, and operational preparations
• Uphold Noren’s service standards and contribute to a welcoming atmosphere

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Host/Hostess in a premium or modern dining restaurant
• Excellent communication skills and a warm, engaging personality
• Professional appearance and strong interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and remain composed during busy periods
• Familiarity with reservation systems (e.g., SevenRooms, OpenTable) is an advantage
• Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays
• Passion for hospitality and delivering exceptional guest experiences
