Host/Hostess

Responsibilities

• Provide a warm, friendly, and professional greeting to all members and guests
• Manage guest seating efficiently and maintain optimal flow of service
• Review and manage reservations using SevenRooms
• Maintain and update guest profiles to support a personalized experience
• Monitor dining room activity and table status
• Answer incoming calls promptly and professionally
• Maintain cleanliness of the host stand and surrounding areas
• Support "Grab and Go" orders and other service needs
• Conduct routine checks of restrooms and public areas
• Collaborate with management and front-of-house team members

Requirements

• Minimum of 2+ years restaurant experience in high-volume environments
• Flexible availability for AM and PM shifts, including weekends
• Strong teamwork and hospitality-first mindset
• Excellent communication skills
• Working knowledge of classic cocktails, wine varietals, and beer styles
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
